McBootyPirate: Its hard to tell in that pic, I actually mistook it for double vaginal at first. Upon viewing the 1600x2202 version, it still looks vaguely like double vaginal but I think its actually standard double penetration. There were other pics where it looked like double vaginal/anal too but the angle at which it was drawn makes me second guess it. This is actually the first pic where it's 100% confirmed as double penetration in one hole.
