Celto: Still think there should be a cool down period. Each character be it male or female should only be allowed to appear twice in a single month. Not only does this filter and rotate the characters used in the images, but it also filters the requests so the artists have to pick requests that don't use the same characters. That way the month would be full of uniqe images with different characters.
