  • Ryne: That's pretty simple. Tobi isn't Madara. Madara was resurrected, so he and Tobi have to be different people. We should get Tobi's identity next chapter, which comes out the day before Thanksgiving. At the end of the latest chapter, Naruto cracked Tobi's mask with a headbutt. Hopefully, that answers your questions, but it shouldn't be to hard to grasp even without it.
