I just don't get why he doesn't draw consistent breasts sizes for her. Sometimes they're huge, other times they're small, it might be because people wanted smaller or bigger breasts, who knows.     sts may be smaller than Hinata's and Ino's, they are not THAT small in the anime. If they were slightly smaller than Ino's but just as well-shaped, it would be both more sexually-appealing and accurate to the anime.
