She looks quite unimpressed and although Naruto is a master of facial expressions you almost always give him the same expression (eyes closed and mouth wide open). Since it's payback-time you should have given him an evil smile or something (like in *Resembling How Sisters* for example), because he thinks of her son's silly face while he fucks her. For me the pic would have been more enjoyable that way and the great title would have been more suitable imo. Just a hint from my side.
