sanji: Very simply dude; members can see a suggestion box and put own ideas there while non-members can't see it and make own ideas in comments though REX asked don't do it cuz he will be ignore them, only thing what can hope non-members that such or similar ideas are already there in SB (this sometimes happening) or someone will be put them in SB (this is unlikely}
