It's probably because seeing as Kushina is such an epic character (even with a complete hentai art genius like Rex drawing her) there may be some who just don't like her being depicted as a total whore. Besides that, what about Minato? As I've said many times, here is an offering idea, not precisely a request, pair up Minato with Mei Terumi and Kushina with both of them giving him a boojob.
