You can't compare drawing HQ-Artworks with drawing an interesting manga and the few opening artworks kishi is drawing have to be the same style like the rest of the chapter. And you're not right about the boob sizes neither. Just take a look at the previous ones (as you asked me to do). Every girl had fitting sizes. Mabui, Mikoto, espacially Konan, etc.etc. True Kushina isn't, but if you think about it and take a look at her in the anime/manga or any pic, she isn't that busty.
