Rex: In reply to Facepalm: here's what's happening, you've got a point there. as you have said, I am(if you presume) the owner of this business, but what if someone is messing up with your head, as a business owner, wouldn't you react as i did? criticism, whether bad or good is acceptable. but the pressure of everyday whining, trolling(as others call it) and the likes feels like a hammer pounding through my skull. and what if someone is saying bad about your personal life especially your wife and daughter just because they didn't get what they want, what would you do to that guy?(i guess a straight punch in the kisser isn't enough to calm you down.) this is professional,if you think i'm a lazy boned artist, if your'e not satisfied with my service, then say it as it is. but nobody has the right to judge me as a person just because you got disapointed. and nobody has the right to talk shit about my loved ones just because of some stupid request and the lack of updates... and i mean NO ONE. i know i have a lot of shortcomings in terms of the daily updates and requests and sometimes, my temper gets the best out of me and i'm sorry bout that. i am trying my best to keep my cool and ignore some of the shit written about me. but don't ever include my family and say something to degrade them...I don't care if your'e a member, your'e the boss, Manny Paquiao or Floyd Mayweather.. YOUR'E GONNA GET WHAT YOU DESERVE.

Facepalm: I read your responses to the members about only asking for patience and silence and started respecting you....until I saw this. Rex you are the business owner speaking to your clients. When you tell them to "eat a big bowl of shit" or "get kicked in the nuts" it's no wonder you get so many "trolling" comments. Do you ever see Ellery saying that? Responses like that and threatening to not fulfill paid requests is such bad form. Humility and empathy makes customers happy, not ill behavior. I hope you keep my words in mind next time if you actually care about your members and work.
