Neeba: I kind of see what you guys are saying, but still, in my opinion the quality of this picture is way higher than the previous ones!:D The lines are much thicker and the colors are predominantly more vivid (in contrast to a lot of the previous pictures, especially that stupid fog) so besides the actual drawing of Konan, this picture resembles the anime a lot more; like how Rex used to draw (look at the side pictures of Mei and Mikoto for example.) Overall I really like this pic - you're definitely on the right track. Keep up the good work! ^_^

Rrr: Personally I feel how you're currently doing your work is better than before as it's more accurate to the anime, but with this picture Konan would look perfect if you just simply give her eye make up and move her hair bun to the left behind the flower, then it would look exactly like the anime. Also I agree with GodOfPeace, after seeing purple haze's new Konan CG set, it would be really cool to see Konan in her under cloak clothing.

roshi: two problems 1. the style effect, it's not sharp enough, ( remove the steam/fog effect) 2. boobs looks more like balloons with nipples. - solution 1. make it more sharper and reduce the brightness, the older pics were much better because is shows more of their rich colored skin tone in the anime, here mei looks too bright, don't believe me? look at the right side of the screen ( back ground ) that's the design everyone wants because it's resemble the anime. isn't that what everyone wants? to resemble the anime? 2. mei's breast in this pix resembles to much of tsunade's, mei's in the anime are more realistic (curvy) and leans downward(not sag).. that's just my tips when I draw, I was inspired by you, so Idk why you would change the style that you were "known" for lol. later
