HKmember23: O.O that's alot comments huh, I never seen that much so i decided to take a peek and drop mine as well after reading some. And that was a nice speech Brad i even mention about that too can't remember where but i did lol. That is absolutely what is lacking over here on narutopixxx Communication and Organization. On Bleachpixxx for exemple lexus answer all the comments when he can, we are not able to view the requests so how do we suppose to know if it was received by the system if nobody answer to us? What if he did but is 'blank'? at least the other artists answer specially lexus, Joe and Ferds. Ignoring the customers will not help too. So i think even they do not change anything on the system, i know you guys should be busy as hell but take only a few minutes of your times like 10 minutes to take a peek on the comments to answer the customers NOT THE TROLLS will be nice. Now about the trolling, flaming and false accusations. Troll and flame are very common around web that can't be helped unless they shut down the comments or make it only for members, but false accusations is another story you guys know the sentence "Innocent until proven guilty" that's exactly what i mean. To acuse someone you need evidences, you cannot accuse somebody you never seen of cheater just because their requests or sentences are similar without any evidence. I mean okay they may be the same person but what if they aren't? You'll be accusing an innocent person who just joined the site, the artists may not to have enough time to check the accusation believe in you and start to reject that member (innocent) requests. What gonna happen? That person (innocent) will get frustrated because the artists are constantly rejecting his requests and quit the site. It may be good for you but not for the site why? Because the site lost one more customer which means less $$$ for them or do you think that somebody that is here only to ask their requests will keep paying for nothing? You guys must stop for a few minutes and think.. If the site gets more and more members LOYAL members, mean more $$$ for the site, artists having their payment in day can work much more happy and better and do not need to be going to other sites for 'side work' what is happening to FairyTail. They can bring more artists to the sites and even hire a third one for all sites or more pixxx who knows? But for that happen they need CASH how can the site and artists gather cash if the trolls are getting their customers to leave more and more instead to stay and bring more new? If there's no cash they can't maintain or keep the site on, artists won't work for free so what going to happen? They will have no other choice but to shut off the site. So think twice before accusing other members of cheating, geez i spoke alot lol O.o. Just one last thing let's leave the job of accusations to the artists, nobody is better than them to check this out and punish the cheaters. If you guys think they do not know every single member on this site or they are fool then you are completely wrong.

Don: sry but in my eyes your post is just a try to distract from the reason the members complained here in the first place. we complained about you and darwin drawing the same character to much no one cares who requested them. and yet you have not dropped a single word about that. you say you will close the comments for non members but you only answer the non members and you simply ignore the comments of the members or even erase their comments. what we want to know is, will you keep going with that? and i don't want to hear anything about requests or members i don't care about that there is simply no reason why we have 4 pics of the same character in only 2 weeks lets see if you erase this comment again or if we finally get an answer

Westes: I want to apologize to both rex and Darwin for being a selfish nagger about my request. I didn't realize how much their inbox got bombarded, and that they have to handle things more manually than before. If their inbox being flooded with comments/requests is an issue, I truly believe it would be wise to close comments for non-members. It's mostly a flood of negativity anyway. I understand it can be tiresome in the long run, and rex has been dealing with this for longer than both Darwin and I have been around. I hope you can find it in your hearts to forgive me. I didn't mean any harm about it. If you can't tell me if my request has been accepted and put in queue now, I'm willing to give you more time to sort things out. I'll be away on a vacation with my family for about two weeks soon. I will try to ask again when I return. Hopefully, things will have cooled down by then. Peace, and take care.

zeo: While this is true brad, you do know the non members aren't going to stop. Hell there are a few members that do complain I could be wrong. Nowadays they think its cool to troll, flame, and complain about everything. What's more is you cant say anything positive in here without it getting down voted to oblivion. I will admit I don't like a certain that much, but still I respect their work and how the artist endure most of this crap in here. Wish more people understood common sense but in this day and age it a low chance it wont happen.

slyfer101: That's what I do...just keep reposting my requests till they show. I might ask where I am in the que on occasion, but if Rex or Darwin can't answer, it doesn't bother me. I know they're busy as hell, and answering a pesky poster like me takes a big backseat to their work. I've had good experiences here, and if Rex needs time, I can wait. So can everyone else.

Sath(ea): Actually, I'll take the bait to leave one last comment. This request was made a good few weeks, maybe even a month before the other. I tweaked the request into a direct photo reference because I didn't expect that the front view pic would be selected. Anyway, if it makes you feel any better I haven't submitted any requests bar a "plz fix last request" on the week that the previous (but newer, technically) request was met, which was 2 months or so ago by the commentary here, so people have had that long with none of my so called"VIP" requests around.

Brad Bish: Communication is the key for everything and i don't think everyone like to spam other people's emails in the case here suggestion box, when it happen they just delete the one who is spamming, i don't know about you guys but i just HATE spammers specially in on-line games. Well thanks by reading my comment and i hope you guys can find out where is the 'issue' and fix it. I believe it's going to happen soon because the support guy (i forgot the name) pixxx manager blog is sending emails to the members and asking their suggestions about sites i know because i read on comments and i've received that email as well. The comments are here for a healthy chat, criticism, suggestions even make new friends and not to troll, insult, bitching and false accusations that will only stress the artists more than the usual they already are stressed by their life and drawing (yes drawing if you people don't know may be stressing sometimes if the artists are not in good mood they can't draw) and get them to hate those people. I hope you guys (artists) along to the management can talk to each other and find the best solution for everyone. So let's everyone just calm down, hold their horses, take some fresh air and give artists some space to do their job. We will appreciate if the trolls could do us a little favor and collaborate for that too.

Rex: FINALLY, Time for some sense to be spoken! I actually agree on you Brad Bish. Lets find out where the problem started, the lack of communication. I honestly want to reply on all of the inquiries about the requests, But the harsh reality of it all is, I can't because there are too many messages posted everyday. We only have 8 working hours and answering ALL of the inquiries will consume a lot of our working time. Add to that, the system that we had for the suggestions is not like the one that we had before, Back then, just click on the IP address and all of the comments made by that member will appear. Now It doesn't work that way, we have to manually check the IP's and this also consumes a lot of time. Another issue comes from the constant bitching and complaining. We are trying our best to catch up with the pile of request on the suggestion box. I'm so sick sick and tired of all these people(especially the freeloaders) telling me <strong>"why this, why that?, this ain't right, it should've been this character, you should done this instead of that, Where's my fucking request? "</strong> I'm telling you that this ain't doing any good for both of us. It only adds up to the pressure of work in our part(artists)which results in lesser quality of the image. Bitching, complaining, trolling and using multiple accounts won't get you anywhere. For example, There's this member that is waiting for his request for a long time, I didn't saw him complain, bitch or post any foul and derogatory words in the comment box, he didn't use multiple accounts but instead, He keeps bombarding the suggestion box with his request EVERYDAY. That's the best way to get our attention. And lastly, There is no such thing as V.I.P. member here. For me, I have a system in doing requests, I will do the request that I see in the SB as long as it doesn't break any rules.

Westes: Remember the guest wall with requests? Back then, we could see that our requests had made it to the artists and put in queue. Now, with so many other having problems even SUBMITTING their requests with this current system, I've become worried that mine hasn't made it to the artists too. That is the reason why I'm being so naggy. You know that I mainly request rare characters, which is probably the main reason why I've gotten so many done. But this year, I haven't gotten a single one done. Don't you think that's a bit strange? As for my usual rants, per say, I've given up a long time ago. The Naruto fandom is truly the worst, and I feel humiliated to be a part of it.

When these comes and start complaing about their requests and bomb the support with emails and tickets begging, to the management to have their requests done because you guys are refusing and/or ignoring their requests thanks to a bunch of stupid trolls and racists that think they are 'all the same person' you want to 'Shut Them Down' huh. UzumakiFan: You are not the only one man, you are not the only one...and the list of old members who already quit for other sites is huge... The very proof of this is the number of 'new members name' listed on the requests increased and the old ones people loyal to HK since 2010-2011 drastically decreased only blind and trolls can't realize that due their low capacity of reasoning they only want to troll nothing more. I'm new as a member but i follow the site for very long as spectator. People like yoko, you, vaxa, whitevastninja, dr doom and many many more quit already. I became a member since this year like i said because i thought the new system would improve the site but as you guys can see i was wrong...and is just a matter of time for all the new members realize that and quit the site as well, now i think to myself 'how long untill they shut down narutopixxx for good because every one is quitting and they has no cash to keep the site on and pay all artists same time'. But as long as there are blind and dumb members like us to give our money and keep the site on, it stays. Once this new membership expires i ain't getting a new one untill they make some changes here.

Brad Bish: They are not complaining about the quality of your work rex or Darwin but yes about the behavior you guys to some and other members or perhaps lack of communication among you guys. I'm waiting for my request too yet i did not came here to say anything to complain. Anybody can check my name around pixxxsites you will find i don't have more than 5 comments and if i'm not mistake it's 2-4 on FairyTail and 1 on bleachpixxx. Their complaint is about you guys keep fulfilling requests for those who already had their requests made in for exemple 1 month or week while skip others and they keep waiting months maybe years and don't even have one for narutopixxx (like me for exemple) this isn't fair. Unless the sites are here to leech the cash from the customers? because we are customers the pixxxsites may be a 'bonus' site where customers can drop their suggestions for the artists but for that we need to buy a subscription it's not 'free'. So in the end we are paying. Your artists works are great the only that is lacking here is some communication between artists and a little more consideration to the customers. You guys don't need to be mad and fight each others because of that. Is like you said we can drop the requests but now if you guys will ignore, skip or because you don't like or because is too complicated or racism or because you artists also think that everybody is the same well that's up to you guys. As is also up to us not to renew our subscription for the site. Nobody is forced to stay and keep paying for the subscription, if you don't like the site or artist, your request is being ignored skipped? Just quit when you get it done come back download and submit new one. Unless you guys are rich and don't mind keep feeding artists and sites who don't even answer your messages (no offense).
