Maybe these two, Gaara and Matsuri, have taken a trip to Konoha, where there is many trees there and NOT DESERT. Just because some character does belongs to suna village doesn't mean the environment around them should be sand or desert!! Because with many other picture their environment have been different from what village they belong to! So your argument is just invalid and stupid. -.-
